Votes to kill gauges on the following pools are live

We are proposing to kill emissions to the Stax Frax/ Temple xLP + LP pool. This is a stagnant pool that has been leeching $CRV emissions since STAX was hacked in October.

For the aCRV/CRV pool
We're happy to submit a new proposal for consideration by the Curve community, for a gauge on Polygon for aCRV/CRV
We think this will be a very good thing for the ecosystem, not just for $aCRV and Concentrator users but also for @ConvexFinance and @CurveFinance
and for the CNC/ETH pool
Voting is now live on @CurveFinance to enable $CRV incentives for the CNC/ETH gauge 🦙

Pools
New parameters, better utilization
This change was recently applied. Result - 70% utilization of the pool, high fee returns for the DAO and LPs, good participation in routes. Very nice!

The new pool for rETH pool uses parameters similar to the very successful $cbETH pool
and it works pretty well
A pool with parameters similar to cbETH pool was created for @Rocket_Pool rETH, and it seems to be automatically integrated by aggregators
A new pool for 🇪🇺
A new 2eur (EURe) pool on @CurveFinance on @gnosischain was deployed.
The pool aims at facilitating arbitrages to help with $EURe peg, and provide the cheapest on/off-ramp on Gnosis Chain thanks to imbalances on both eureusd and 2eur pools.
